Uiwang Suwolsan Chief Monk Wondon Donates 3 Million Won to Uiwang County Scholarship Foundation

Won Don, the head monk of Suwolsan Temple located in Uiryeong-eup, Uiryeong-gun, Gyeongnam, visited the Uiryeong-gun Office on the 15th and donated 3 million KRW in scholarship funds to the Uiryeong-gun Scholarship Foundation for the development of education in Uiryeong-gun.

Won Don, the head monk of Namsan Suwolsan Temple in Uiryeong, has been serving as the head monk of Suwolsan Temple this year and has been contributing to the local community through various charitable activities, including donating 3 million KRW in neighbor-helping funds to Uiryeong-gun in April.

Suwolsan Temple is located at the entrance of the Namsan Dulle-gil trail in Uiryeong and is easily accessible to Uiryeong residents and tourists visiting Uiryeong. It is connected to a walking path for health and mental healing.
