Hwasun Chonnam National University Hospital announced on the 18th that its Nursing Education Team won the grand prize in the hospital excellence case category at the ‘2023 Education-Dedicated Nurse Support Project’ contest hosted by the Korea Hospital Association.
The Nursing Education Team earned this honor with their educational program called the ‘Jalhanda Project,’ which is operated for both new and current nurses.
The ‘Jalhanda Project’ includes various efforts aimed at creating a happy nursing environment, such as operating educational programs for new nurses.
In particular, the Nursing Education Team at Hwasun Chonnam National University Hospital received high praise by providing systematic and diverse customized training programs tailored to different years of experience, gaining positive responses from both new and current nurses.
