Lotte ON Launches Exclusive 'New Car Consultation Service'

Collaboration with Lotte Capital... Same Benefits as Offline

Lotte ON announced on the 18th that it will exclusively launch the 'New Car Consultation Service' in collaboration with Lotte Capital.

This service allows customers to receive consultations on domestic and international car brands and financial products, including BMW official dealers affiliated with Lotte Capital such as Samchully Motors, Ford, Hyundai, and Kia, when applying for consultation.

It provides all consultations related to car purchases at the same level as offline consultations, and offers estimates after completing negotiations on maximum pre-discounts and interest rates.

Some brands offer nationwide test drive services, allowing customers to experience the products before purchasing a vehicle. When purchasing a vehicle, customers also receive various car accessories and benefits by brand, such as warranties, window tinting installation, black boxes, and Hi-Pass devices.

Additionally, applicants for consultation will be awarded 10,000 L.POINTs. Park Jin-kyung, Lotte ON Service Product MD, stated, "We plan to introduce various services to provide customers with a positive purchasing experience by expanding the brands available for consultation and enhancing the service."
