The Win-Win Growth Forum has been held annually since 2011, marking its 13th year this year. Starbucks and its partners have strengthened communication, sought mutual growth, and enhanced trust through the annual Partner Win-Win Growth Forum.
At this year’s forum, Starbucks discussed various opinions on themes such as sustainable growth, ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) leadership, and win-win growth, while exploring cooperation methods to improve operational efficiency. It was also decided to hold quarterly partner meetings.
Starbucks shared cases of major stores that have attracted significant external attention, including The Bukhan Mountain Store, The Yeosu Dolsan DT Store, and The Jeju Songdang Park R Store. These stores were selected as one of the top 10 Starbucks locations introduced by Starbucks and the Korea Tourism Organization, as they effectively highlight the characteristics of the Bukhan Mountain scenery, the colors of the Yeosu sea, and Jeju’s stones.
Additionally, the forum drew much interest with cases such as the Talent Donation Cafe, a social contribution program where Starbucks and its partners jointly renovate aging cafes and support local job creation, as well as the Jeju Halla Arboretum DT Store, which redesigned its store layout to preserve a 200-year-old ancient tree.
Junghyun Son, CEO of Starbucks Korea, said, “As a brand that creates a third place, we believe that the partner companies who complete these special spaces are the main protagonists. Starbucks will continue to innovate for sustainable growth and prioritize the safety of our partners on site while continuing win-win growth.”
