Jeonbuk Gyeongjinwon Holds Successful Meeting on 'Revitalizing Management of Agro-Industrial Complex Companies'

Resident Companies 'Performance Sharing and Issue Resolution'... Expert Advisory Consultation

Jeonbuk Province and the Jeonbuk Economic and Trade Promotion Agency (Director Yoon Yeo-bong, hereinafter referred to as the Promotion Agency) held a gathering on the 14th at the Roni Tourist Hotel in Jeonju with tenant companies of the agricultural and industrial complexes participating in the business activation support project to share the achievements of the project.


According to the province and the Promotion Agency on the 14th, the business activation support project for tenant companies in agricultural and industrial complexes, which started last year, is a specialized project designed to stabilize the management of companies in agricultural and industrial complexes that have been overlooked due to issues such as economic recession.

The achievement sharing meeting was attended by representatives and project managers of 10 companies participating in this year’s project tasks, about 30 experts, and related organizations. The event proceeded in the order of presenting the results of the agricultural and industrial complex tenant companies’ business activation support project, announcing outstanding achievements, presenting next year’s business plans, expert roundtable discussions, and networking exchanges among participating companies.


The achievement sharing meeting was divided into four subcommittees in addition to sharing results for the tasks performed: ▲ R&D advancement ▲ technology commercialization ▲ investment IR support ▲ growth roadmap. It was conducted in the form of a roundtable to consult with experts on management difficulties, receiving great responses.


This year’s 'Business Activation Support Project for Tenant Companies in Agricultural and Industrial Complexes' received applications from a total of 40 companies, selecting 10 companies with a competition rate of 4:1. The selected companies are achieving outstanding results in various areas such as sales, employment, and exports through customized support tailored to company needs, including process improvement, prototype production, and domestic and international marketing.


A representative of Company A in the agricultural and industrial complex said, "I was very grateful to receive expert consultation at a time when I was struggling with issues related to business advancement," adding, "I hope more opportunities for collaboration and exchange among tenant companies in agricultural and industrial complexes will be created, not just various support projects."


An official from the Promotion Agency stated, "We will become a reliable supporter to help companies within the agricultural and industrial complexes focus on industrial activities and leap forward as a hub for innovative growth and development."
