The integrated insurance management platform 'Goodrich' application (app) has undergone a major overhaul. The advertising areas within the app have been reduced and reorganized to focus on services essential to customers.
On the 14th, Goodrich, a technology-based insurance agency (GA), announced that it had completely revamped its namesake integrated insurance management platform, the 'Goodrich' app.
The main focus of the overhaul is to maximize customer convenience. Reflecting customer needs, the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) were improved. Content with high customer engagement was prominently placed on the home screen. Repetitive information was visually differentiated according to the importance of the service. In particular, the marketing areas of various services were reduced and replaced with functions centered on what customers actually need.
Lee Byung-kwan, Executive Director of Goodrich's Digital Innovation Division, said, "We will continue to innovate and carefully consider ways to equip the app with essential features so that customers immediately think of Goodrich whenever they have questions or difficulties regarding insurance."
