The program "Green Talk," where the CEO and employees from entry-level to assistant manager level have lunch together and engage in conversations, started in June and has completed its fourth session. CEO Lee and the employees discussed a wide range of topics, from interests such as MBTI and hobbies to expectations for the company and ideas, in an open and informal manner. Additionally, employees can receive encouragement and advice from CEO Lee as a life senior regarding difficulties or concerns encountered during work.
Since his appointment, CEO Lee has visited the Unid Ulsan plant and the China branch at least once a month to encourage on-site employees and strengthen communication with them. This is to enhance corporate competitiveness by directly listening to on-site issues and challenges and resolving problems.
CEO Lee stated, "To create an efficient work environment, a horizontal and flexible organizational culture where communication can actively take place must be established," adding, "Through various communication opportunities between headquarters and on-site employees, we will strive to become a competitive company where organizational members are satisfied and grow together."
