Kia AutoLand Gwangju held a 'Santa Expedition Sponsorship Fund Delivery Ceremony' to fulfill the wishes of children from low-income families in the local community.
The sponsorship fund delivery ceremony took place on the morning of the 8th at Kia AutoLand Gwangju, where Kim Hee-jun, Head of the Management Support Office, handed over 20 million KRW to Kim Eun-young, Head of the Gwangju Regional Headquarters of the Green Umbrella Children’s Foundation.
The sponsorship funds will be used through the Green Umbrella Children’s Foundation to provide warm winter clothes, shoes, and other Christmas gifts for children in need in the Gwangju area, as well as for Christmas parties at local children’s centers. The gifts are scheduled to be delivered to the children on Christmas.
A Kia official stated, “We will continue to take the lead in delivering hope to neighbors who are marginalized and facing difficulties in the local community.”
