Deepstone Partners and Jiumgwa Gitdeum Sign Business Agreement for 'People-Centered HR Management'

Deepstone Partners Co., Ltd. and Jium Gagitdeum Co., Ltd. announced that they have signed a business agreement to present a new paradigm of "people-centered HR management" in the complex and uncertain 21st century.


Deepstone Partners Co., Ltd. is a consulting firm that covers not only HR but also overall corporate management based on consulting and investment experience across various industries. In particular, Jeon Dong-ho, Vice President of Deepstone Partners, has experience as the CEO of the HR division at NEMO Partners, the former number one company in Korea, making Deepstone Partners a startup gaining attention as a vivid and practical supporter for small and medium-sized enterprises and startups.


Jium Gagitdeum Co., Ltd. developed the ICRU diagnostic tool, a "self-authenticity prediction tool," by integrating 79 existing psychological type diagnostic tools for the first time, based on branding consulting for a wide range of clients from corporations to members of the National Assembly. With a diagnosis time of 10 minutes, it offers an innovative service that provides a "user manual" and an "organizational analysis report" of about 80 pages covering 92 types, delivering an innovative support tool solution for HR.


Kim Gyu-wan, CEO of Deepstone Partners, said, "Based on Deepstone Partners' consulting experience, we expect that partnering with Jium Gagitdeum, which is creating a boom by developing the most effective temperament and tendency diagnostic tools in Korea, will help activate the businesses of both companies."


Kim Yeo-jung, CEO of Jium Gagitdeum, stated, "Through this agreement, we will focus on creating a virtuous cycle in HR by providing practical solutions from a 'new perspective of human resources' to small and medium-sized enterprises and startups, which relatively have weak HR systems."


According to the business agreement, both companies plan to provide "people-centered human resource" solutions by combining the ICRU temperament diagnostic tool with HR practical experience to help employees become more "engaged" in their work within organizations.
