Gyeongbuk Yeongyang Post Office visited the Gyeongbuk Provincial Disabled Welfare Center Yeongyang Branch (Branch Manager Choi Eun-young) on December 6 to support a donation activity aimed at sharing "Warm Happiness," sponsoring seasoned seaweed gift sets worth approximately 500,000 KRW to be delivered to low-income disabled individuals in the region.
Yeongyang Post Office delivered donated goods to the Yeongyang Branch of Gyeongbuk Comprehensive Welfare Center for the Disabled.
Seok Jeong-gi, Director of Yeongyang Post Office, said, "I hope this can be of some help to the underprivileged who need a helping hand," adding, "We will continue to do our best to contribute to the local community through various volunteer activities."
Choi Eun-young, Branch Manager of the Yeongyang Branch, expressed gratitude for the continuous interest shown to disabled individuals living at home in the county and promised to deliver the sponsored goods properly.
County Governor Oh Do-chang conveyed his thanks, saying, "Through the warm sharing activities of Yeongyang Post Office, our community is becoming a place full of compassion."
Yeongyang Post Office has also been actively participating in volunteer activities, including sponsoring 1,000,000 KRW worth of beef bulgogi last month.
