One Spirits Launches 'One Soju Holiday Edition'

Rebirth of Bang Hyo-bin's Oring Work into a Design Full of Three-Dimensionality

On Spirits Co., Ltd. announced on the 7th that it will release the ‘Wonsoju Holiday Edition (O! Holiday Edition)’ to celebrate the upcoming year-end holidays.

This Wonsoju Holiday Edition was created in collaboration with artist Bang Hyo-bin, who presents works using rings made by twisting metal wires. Artist Bang Hyo-bin showcases art furniture pieces centered around the shape of a ‘circle,’ which she finds to be the most stable and attractive form. In particular, her representative work, the ‘O-ring Series,’ emphasizes various meanings of connection such as bonds, solidarity, exchange, and relationships through interconnected O-rings.

For this Wonsoju Holiday Edition package, artist Bang linked the infinite energy embodied by the circle to Wonsoju’s ‘WON’ and reimagined her signature O-ring artwork into a three-dimensional design. Especially, this limited edition package highlights relationships with others through interconnected rings in silver color, conveying the wish to spend the year-end season with cherished people.

A representative from On Spirits said, “This ‘Wonsoju Holiday Edition’ was launched with the hope that people will reflect on their precious relationships during the upcoming year-end holidays and spend meaningful time with Wonsoju. We collaborated with the creative artist Bang Hyo-bin to provide a special story and enhance its collectible value.”

This edition consists of one bottle of Wonsoju Original, one bottle of Wonsoju Spirit, and a special postcard, and will be sold on the Wonsoju website and KakaoTalk Gift Shop.
