Hwasun Police Holds Security Advisory Council Sincere Security Briefing

On the 6th, the Hwasun Police Station in Jeonnam announced that it held a briefing session on the comprehensive plan for promoting community safety and dedicated policing by inviting members of the Security Advisory Council to the Manyeon Hall of the police station.

The meeting was attended by 20 members, including members of the Security Advisory Council (Chairman No Jin-woo).

The members had a discussion on measures to support North Korean defectors and ensure their stable settlement, as well as on creating a safe Hwasun with community participation.

Chairman No Jin-woo said, “We will actively cooperate with the Hwasun Police Station for regional safety and fulfill our role as a policing partner.”

Chief Park Woong emphasized, “We appreciate the cooperation of the Security Advisory Council and ask for much interest and cooperation to ensure that the ‘Comprehensive Plan for Promoting Community Safety and Dedicated Policing’ being promoted by the Hwasun Police proceeds well.”
