Publication of the "Onboarding Guide for New Employees"

“Onboarding: A Guide for New Employees,” designed for those who need to adapt to a new workplace, is scheduled to be published on the 18th.

Everyone starting a new job or changing careers and beginning a new work life requires a period of adjustment. While the moment of securing a job is happy, the challenges faced in actual work life may not be so joyful.

Eleven authors who are directly responsible for recruitment and training in the HR field share concrete and practical methods for proper onboarding after joining a company, illustrated with real-life examples.

Even if you feel vague anxiety, discomfort in new relationships, or unfamiliarity with work methods and organizational culture during the early days of employment, everyone thinks, “I want to grow into a competent worker.” You may have confidently built strong job skills at your previous workplace and changed jobs, but the reality of work life can be different.

Moreover, if you feel a barrier with new colleagues, you may worry, “Will I be able to adapt well to this company?” However, the problem lies not in ability but in the environment. When the environment changes, your response must also change. This book proposes solutions with specific cases for each situation under six themes.

It vividly explains how to adapt to and overcome first-day jitters, early-stage anxiety, awkward and uncomfortable interactions with people, and changed environments. For new employees struggling to adjust to a new environment, this book will serve as a guide to quickly adapt to the organization and successfully establish themselves.
