Short-Form Business Company with Multiple Creators
Mutual Cooperation Including Joint Marketing
Hana Tour announced on the 6th that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the short-form business company 'Soonient' to strengthen themed travel products.

Based on this agreement, the two companies plan to mutually cooperate in areas such as ▲joint marketing utilizing infrastructure and content ▲joint planning and sales operation of creator travel products ▲joint planning and sales operation of inbound travel products for foreigners.
Soonient is a TikTok official MCN (Multi-Channel Network) partner with numerous famous creators and is a company certified for short-form marketing and operational capabilities. It has a combined total of approximately 1 billion subscribers across social networking services (SNS) including TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram.
Hana Tour plans to accelerate the development of various themed products by leveraging Soonient’s global creator influence. They intend to collaborate with talented creators in various fields such as soccer, photography, and gastronomy to target the MZ generation (Millennials + Generation Z).
Ryu Yang-gil, Head of Sales at Hana Tour, said, "Since Soonient is a short-form business company, it will greatly help Hana Tour’s focus on themed product development.
