3 Locations Offer Private Dining Room Reservations in Advance
Ourhome announced on the 6th that it will introduce special new menus at its representative premium dining brands 'Singkai' and 'Kisara' for the year-end and New Year holidays.
The new menus are designed with the concept of 'fine dining perfect for year-end and New Year gatherings.' Some locations will also offer advance reservations for private dining rooms to accommodate the increased demand for year-end parties.
Singkai adopts 'Seoljungmanhyang (the fragrance blooming in the snow spreads far)' as its winter theme and presents Cantonese-style dishes such as 'Cantonese Lobster Cold Dish,' 'Steamed Rockfish,' 'Crab Roe Shark Fin,' 'Fragrant Braised Pork,' and 'Whole Abalone in Fish Sauce.' These dishes combine traditional Chinese cooking methods with Western seasonings to create aromatic and light flavors.
At Kisara Yeouido, a lunch and dinner course was launched under the theme 'Path of Snow and Light.' The menu features specialty ingredients from Hokkaido, northern Japan, including hairy crab, herring, sea urchin, oyster, pufferfish, and cod.
At Kisara Shinsegae Gangnam, a winter gourmet journey to Japan is realized by offering a set meal featuring pufferfish Kaminabe, Hokkaido’s representative soup curry, and lemon rice. Additionally, plates composed of objects representing snow and light, along with ingredient cards explaining each course menu, are provided to enhance the visual enjoyment.
At three locations?Singkai Yeouido, Singkai Yeoksam, and Kisara Yeouido?advance reservations for private dining rooms suitable for year-end parties are available. Reservations can be made by phone or through 'Naver Reservation' or 'Catch Table,' where customers can select their desired visit date and course meal. Singkai Yeoksam also offers a corkage-free promotion.
