Grand Prize in Customer Experience Innovation (CX) Division
Jeju Development Corporation, which produces and sells Jeju Samdasoo, announced on the 6th that it won the Grand Prize in the Customer Experience Innovation (CX) category at the '2023 Korea Management Awards.'

The 'Korea Management Awards,' hosted by the Korea Management Association Consulting (KMAC), was established in 1988 and annually recognizes companies that achieve outstanding results in the global business environment, earning respect and trust from customers. Jeju Development Corporation was awarded the Grand Prize in the Customer Experience Innovation category in recognition of its commitment to placing customers as the highest priority in corporate management and continuously innovating to provide differentiated customer experiences.
Jeju Development Corporation strives to actively reflect customer demands alongside a broad understanding of leading management practices such as ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) management. In 2021, it launched the label-free product 'Jeju Samdasoo Green' and obtained CCM (Consumer-Centered Management) certification last year through the promotion of consumer-centered management. Additionally, through resource circulation campaigns involving customers and residents, it conveys the eco-friendly value of Jeju Samdasoo.
