Korea Investment & Securities, a subsidiary of Korea Financial Group, announced on the 4th that it has signed a business agreement with Stockkeeper, the operator of the Hanwoo fractional investment platform 'Bankau,' to supply token securities products.
Through this agreement, both parties agreed to cooperate in issuing investment contract securities based on Hanwoo as the underlying asset. The company is strengthening cooperation with fractional investment firms that have unique competitiveness in various fields. Leading companies participating include Bysell Standard, which operates the physical fractional investment platform 'PIECE,' cultural content investment platform 'Funderful,' land and building transaction platform 'ValueMap,' and 'Seoul Exchange,' specialized in unlisted stock trading.
Choi Seoryong, Head of the Platform Division, said, "Our goal is to transparently and safely securitize various objects encountered in daily life and provide them," adding, "We are thoroughly reviewing the entire business to present attractive token securities products and are accelerating the final preparations."
