According to the legal community on the 2nd, the Korea Association of Judicial Scriveners made this decision through the nationwide presidents' meeting and policy council meeting.

Recently, while the nationwide financial sector is enjoying so-called "money feasts" due to high interest income, judicial scriveners dealing with financial institutions are reportedly being forced to endure excessive unfair practices such as ultra-low fee undercutting, dumping coercion under the pretext of electronic registration, and unpaid agency services related to various registration tasks (fixed date registration, moving-in household inspection, issuance of various documents, repayment agency, payment of setting fees, etc.). The situation is said to be the same with public enterprises.

The Korea Association of Judicial Scriveners judged that active response is necessary and urgently formed the TF. Through this TF formation, based on the nationwide case investigation results currently being conducted to eradicate unfair practices against judicial scriveners by financial institutions and public enterprises, the association plans to urge the relevant institutions to correct their actions and further take effective measures such as filing complaints and reports with related agencies.
