Yeongjongdo Logistics Center Selected as an Excellent Case for 'Self-Regulation Prevention System'
Qxpress's Yeongjongdo Logistics Center (DPC) has been recognized as an excellent workplace for safety culture. Qxpress announced on the 1st that it received the Commendation from the Head of the Central Regional Employment and Labor Office at the 'Safety Culture Awards and Outstanding Activities Presentation Event' hosted by the Central Regional Employment and Labor Office under the Ministry of Employment and Labor at the end of last month.
This event was organized to discover and promote excellent cases of the 'self-regulation prevention system,' where employers themselves inspect and improve risk factors. The Central Regional Employment and Labor Office selected six workplaces as outstanding cases and awarded commendations to workplaces that demonstrated excellent performance, including Qxpress's Yeongjong Logistics Center.
This commendation is significant as it was recognized by the competent authority overseeing safety and health management at major workplaces in the metropolitan area, such as logistics centers and factories. In the case presentation, Qxpress's Yeongjongdo Logistics Center was acknowledged for establishing workplace safety management along with inspection and prevention protocols for risk factors on-site. In particular, it received high praise for building a risk assessment system across all areas of logistics center operations, including logistics inbound and outbound, sorting, and fulfillment tasks, thereby maintaining safety management.
A Qxpress representative stated, "We will contribute to spreading a safety culture throughout the logistics industry by continuously inspecting and strengthening the safety management system."
