Blueport 2021 on the 1st at 2 PM, Execution Team, Public Institutions, Citizens, Organizations, and Agencies Attend
On the 1st at 2 PM, Busan City held the '2023 Busan Regional Problem-Solving Platform Performance Sharing Meeting' on the first floor Creative Space of 'Blueport 2021' to conclude this year's projects.
The 'Regional Problem-Solving Platform' is a public-private-civic collaboration platform where citizens directly identify local issues and form a cooperative system among citizens, civic groups, public institutions, and local governments to solve problems together.
This year, nine implementation agendas were carried out through a policy committee consisting of 69 organizations including civic groups, public institutions, and universities, and an executive committee with 19 participating organizations and groups.
At the performance sharing meeting, agenda implementation teams, participating public institutions, and citizens, organizations, and institutions interested in regional issues attended to share the progress and outcomes of the implementation agendas and to expand communication and cooperation among the public, private, and civic sectors.
The program included ▲ a report on the progress and activities of the 2023 Busan Regional Problem-Solving Platform ▲ sharing of the 2023 implementation agenda activity results ▲ interviews with participating public institutions ▲ and a congratulatory performance by Busan-based musician 'HO SHOW'.
Lee Su-il, Director of the Administrative Autonomy Bureau, stated, “The innovative proposals suggested by citizens were faithfully implemented as agendas through cooperation among various participating organizations and civic groups, greatly contributing to solving regional issues in Busan. The Regional Problem-Solving Platform has become a venue that strengthens communication and collaboration among the public, private, and civic sectors.”
