The regions with high reservation rates during the winter season were Japan (19%), Vietnam (18%), and Thailand (13%) in that order. Europe (12%) and the Philippines (7%) were also popular. By age group, those in their 50s accounted for the largest proportion at 29.78%, followed by those in their 60s (22.07%), 40s (18.12%), teens (11.07%), 20s (7.23%), and 30s (7.06%). By companion type, travelers with adult children (10.70%) had the highest proportion, followed by same-gender (female) friends (9.48%), grandparents (8.35%), children (7.94%), and couples or lovers (6.15%).

Japan has steadily increased travel demand by first allowing visa-free entry for Korean tourists last year and then fully lifting entry restrictions in May. Since early this year, Norangpungseon has focused on securing airline seats mainly on major routes with high demand such as Tokyo, Osaka, Hokkaido, and Kyushu to proactively attract customers.

Additionally, through age group analysis, they identified specific needs and developed products tailored to preferences. They also offer various benefits by operating seasonal promotions and special events.

A Norangpungseon official stated, "The demand for overseas travel, which exploded from autumn, continues to increase in winter as well," adding, "We plan to present the best travel experiences to customers traveling after a long time by introducing various special events and products."
