This service calculates unclaimed insurance money within the 3-year expiration period by analyzing unclaimed insurance money and the insurance information held by customers, then cross-referencing it with medical expense usage details. It is available on the "Check Missed Insurance Money" page within the Woori WON Banking lifestyle benefits section.
Additionally, by completing the consent form for issuing documents and the power of attorney required for insurance claims within Woori WON Banking, users can easily request proxy claims without needing to obtain documents directly from hospitals.
A Woori Bank official stated, "We will continue to expand lifestyle services like 'Find Missed Insurance Money' so that Woori WON Banking can become a comprehensive financial platform conveniently used in everyday life."
