Strong Wind Warning for Incheon Seohae 5 Islands... "Seohae Under Wind Wave Warning"

The Korea Meteorological Administration announced that a strong wind advisory will be issued for the Seohae 5 Islands at 7 PM on the 27th.

A strong wind advisory is issued when wind speeds are expected to exceed 14 m/s or gusts exceed 20 m/s. Typically, it becomes difficult for a person to walk against the wind.

A wind wave advisory will be issued for the outer and inner offshore waters of the central West Sea. A wind wave advisory is issued when winds of 14 m/s or higher persist for more than 3 hours at sea or waves of 3 meters or higher are expected.
