Administrative Actions Against Violating Businesses and Owners
Yeongam-gun, Jeollanam-do (Governor Woo Seung-hee) has launched a joint inspection of youth-harmful establishments around schools and downtown areas for two weeks starting from the 17th, in collaboration with the Youth Harmful Environment Monitoring Team and the College Scholastic Ability Test period.

According to the county on the 27th, this joint inspection was conducted to prevent youths, who have relaxed after the CSAT, from being exposed to harmful environments.
The main inspection and crackdown items include △ sale of harmful substances such as alcoholic beverages and tobacco to youths △ youth entry and employment in prohibited establishments △ distribution and display of harmful media to youths △ compliance with youth entry and employment prohibition signs △ crackdown on youth smoking, etc.
Yeongam-gun is imposing administrative sanctions on establishments and owners who violate these inspection and crackdown regulations. Additionally, promotional and campaign activities such as delivering youth-related notices are being conducted simultaneously.
A county official stated, “We will cooperate with related organizations so that youths, freed from the tension of the CSAT, can continue healthy activities in the local community after the exam,” and added, “We will strive to create an environment where youths can grow up healthily.”
