Mugyojuga will hold a traditional liquor pairing talk concert with the concept of ‘Clouds Resting at Mugyojuga’ in collaboration with ‘Gureuma Brewery’ on the 16th of next month.

Mugyojuga, Jeiljemyeonso’s concept store, offers a diverse gourmet experience with signature dishes that reinterpret Korean cuisine and traditional liquors. Mugyojuga explained that it planned this event in collaboration with Gureuma Brewery, which is showing new attempts in the field of traditional liquor, to promote its competitiveness as an attractive gathering place where various Korean dishes and traditional liquors can be enjoyed together.

This talk concert is structured to enjoy a five-course meal paired with traditional liquors. Participants can experience the harmony of Mugyojuga’s representative popular menus such as ‘Buckwheat Antique Noodles’, ‘Jeil Pork Neck Boiled Pork’, ‘Seafood Minari Pancake’, ‘Mugyo Direct Fire Stir-fried Octopus’, and ‘Assorted Clam Yeonpotang’ paired with traditional liquors carefully selected by the brewer.

Chef Kim Jonghae, who led the development of Mugyojuga’s Korean signature dishes, and brewer Shin Dongho from Gureuma Brewery, who brews innovative and original traditional liquors through experimental and new attempts, will introduce each menu and traditional liquor. They will also share interesting information about Korean cuisine and traditional liquors in a storytelling format, including the origins of Korean dishes and development episodes. Participants can also enjoy traditional liquor pairings such as ‘Seumul Ahop’ and ‘Old Song’, developed with the participation of the singer ‘Standing Egg’.

Participants can apply through the CJ ONE app from today until the 6th of next month and will be selected by lottery. Participating customers can enjoy the pairing course at about 40% off the regular price. On the day of the event, various prizes such as N Seoul Tower observatory tickets, Mugyojuga yakju cup sets, and vouchers will be given away through various events.
