Lotte Biologics Launches First New Graduate Recruitment... Applications Open Until Next Month 10

Lotte Biologics announced on the 27th that it will open applications for new college graduate recruitment in November 2023. The application period is until the 10th of next month, and this is the first time Lotte Biologics is hiring new college graduates.

The recruitment fields are divided into two groups: ▲Management support positions including business management and planning, HR, support, and finance ▲Process and production positions including cultivation and purification, engineering, and quality control.

Applicants must hold a bachelor's degree or be expected to graduate by February 2024. Candidates must have language proficiency scores of at least OPIC IM3 or TOEIC Speaking Level 6 (IM3 or 130 points) and have no disqualifications for overseas travel to be eligible to apply.

Applications will be accepted until the 10th of next month through the Lotte Group recruitment website. The selection process includes document screening, online aptitude tests (LIST/L-TAB), interviews (competency/personality interviews), and employment medical examinations. Final successful candidates will join the company in February 2024.

Lotte Biologics plans to operate a self-developed 'Onboarding Training Program' to help new employees adapt to their work and ensure a soft landing. The company explained that it will provide various programs to the final successful candidates, including training to enhance understanding of the organization and industry, excellent Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) training for pharmaceuticals manufacturing and quality control, and training to improve understanding of the group.

A Lotte Biologics representative stated, "Through this new graduate recruitment, we plan to focus on securing outstanding talent and professionals," adding, "We will continue to recruit new employees to create a young and vibrant 'innovative organizational culture' while contributing to job creation in the bio industry."

Meanwhile, Lotte Biologics operates an 'Open Innovation Internship' system where anyone can freely apply for any position regardless of gender, nationality, age, education, or career restrictions. This is an ongoing program without a fixed deadline, allowing the working period to be coordinated with the company according to circumstances. Applicants can register their applications through the talent DB system, and when internship recruitment needs arise, the next selection process is conducted among qualified candidates from the talent DB applicants.
