'Treasure' Event Runs Until the 31st of Next Month
Lotte Mart announced on the 27th that it will hold a pop-up store at 'BOMUL,' a Korean cultural product hall located in Zeta Plex Seoul Station, where visitors can see about 20 award-winning works from the '2023 Korea Tourism Souvenir Contest' until the 31st of next month.

At this pop-up store, visitors can find items such as the 'Rice Flower Fresh Makgeolli Kit,' which won the Presidential Award. This product allows you to enjoy fresh lactic acid bacteria makgeolli by adding water and waiting for 36 hours, and it is also carry-on friendly for flights, making it highly portable. The gold prize-winning 'Korean-style Candle Warmer Horonggak' combines Western candle culture with hanok architecture, allowing visitors to experience the elegance and tranquility of Korea. Through this pop-up store, Lotte Mart expects to provide promotional opportunities for small and medium-sized enterprises and traditional cultural artists, helping to expand their sales channels.
Earlier, in September, Lotte Mart opened BOMUL at Zeta Plex Seoul Station, the first large-scale mart to do so. BOMUL is a space where foreign tourists can indirectly experience Korean traditional culture, differentiated by its product lineup from typical souvenir shops. Notably, about 90% of the souvenirs are practical items such as card wallets, mouse pads, and chargers, allowing people to appreciate the charm of Korean culture in everyday life.
