Lotte Rental announced on the 24th that it will additionally acquire 587,413 shares of SoCar, a car rental company, for approximately 26.5 billion KRW. After the acquisition, Lotte Rental's stake in SoCar will be 34.7%. The scheduled date for the stock acquisition is the 24th of next month. Lotte Rental stated that the purpose of this stock acquisition is "the acquisition of shares following the exercise of the put option (share purchase right) by SOPONG LLC."
