[Sale Calendar] Last Week of November, 4,774 Units Nationwide Including 'Domaforena Haemoro' for Sale

A total of 4,774 households nationwide will begin pre-sale in the last week of November.

According to Real Estate R114 on the 25th, a total of 4,774 households across 7 complexes nationwide will start pre-sale in the last week of November. Among them, 2,574 households are for general sale.


Major complexes conducting subscription include 'Unseo Station Daera So Awesome Edu' in Unseo-dong, Jung-gu, Incheon; 'Doma Forena Haemoro' in Doma-dong, Seo-gu, Daejeon; and 'Harrington Mare' in Uam-dong, Nam-gu, Busan.


Model houses are scheduled to open at three locations: 'Icheon Jungri Woomee Lin Urban First' in Jungri-dong, Icheon-si, Gyeonggi; 'Jeil Punggyeongchae Geomdan IV' in Wondang-dong, Seo-gu, Incheon; and 'Busan Eco Delta City Dietre Grand Luce' in Gangdong-dong, Gangseo-gu, Busan.


Hanhwa Construction and HJ Heavy Industries Construction Division will pre-sell 'Doma Forena Haemoro' through an urban maintenance project at 181-1 Doma-dong, Seo-gu, Daejeon. The complex consists of 7 buildings, ranging from 3 basement floors to a maximum of 34 floors above ground, with a total of 818 households, of which 568 households with exclusive areas of 59 to 101㎡ are for general sale.


The complex is located near the Doma Intersection central commercial district, where living infrastructure is concentrated. A new tram station on Daejeon Urban Railway Line 2, tentatively named Doma Station, is also planned. Numerous educational facilities such as Yucheon Elementary School, Boksu Elementary School, Daesin Middle School, and Daesin High School are within walking distance, and the nearby Yudeungcheon riverside walking trail provides abundant green space.


Woomee Construction plans to pre-sell 'Icheon Jungri Woomee Lin Urban First' in Block B1 of Jungri Residential District, Jungri-dong, Icheon-si, Gyeonggi. The complex consists of 11 buildings, ranging from 2 basement floors to a maximum of 20 floors above ground, with a total of 785 households, all with an exclusive area of 84㎡.


The Jungri district is close to public institutions such as Icheon City Hall and the tax office, and new kindergartens and elementary schools are planned near the complex. It is close to Icheon Station on the Gyeonggang Line and provides convenient access to the Jungbu Expressway and Yeongdong Expressway via Seoicheon IC and Icheon IC. The commercial land to be developed within the residential district is adjacent, offering good conditions for using convenience facilities.
