Ichadol Introduces 'Seoul-Style Instant So Bulgogi'

Ichadol, operated by Dareum Plus, announced on the 24th that it will launch 'Seoul-style Instant Beef Bulgogi' as a lunch special menu.

Seoul-style Instant Beef Bulgogi is a bulgogi hot pot dish where tender beef is simmered in a slightly sweet broth along with mushrooms, green onion salad, and various other vegetables.

The beef, which is not marinated or aged, is mixed with seasoning directly at the table and then cooked instantly on a direct flame grill, maximizing the flavor of the beef bulgogi.

An Ichadol representative said, “To launch beef bulgogi that embodies Ichadol’s expertise, we went through extensive research and improvements not only on quality and taste but also on the service process for customers. Since it is launched as a lunch special menu, we expect it to increase lunch sales at franchise stores and become Ichadol’s new signature menu.”
