'Boosting Employee Morale' ... Changwon Special City Holds 'An Autumn Night with Culture Together for Labor and Management'

Changwon City in Gyeongnam Special City operated the event "An Autumn Night with Culture Together with Labor and Management" to boost the morale of employees who have been working hard, supporting movie viewing for the employees who applied.

The movie viewing held on the 22nd took place at three theaters in different zones (Changwon, Masan, Jinhae), with enthusiastic participation from about 600 employees.

Changwon Special City held an autumn night with a culture where labor and management come together.

In particular, the event was conducted together with the Changwon City Public Officials Labor Union, which provided snacks that could be enjoyed while watching the movie. Additionally, before the main movie screening, the film , selected for the "Changwon City Video Activation Support Project," was shown to share municipal projects with the employees.

One employee who participated in the viewing said, "I haven't had the leisure to enjoy cultural activities until now, but watching a movie with colleagues after work and eating delicious food was very enjoyable and exciting," adding, "I am grateful to the department officials and the labor union for providing this meaningful time to take a short break."

Jang Geum-yong, the First Deputy Mayor, said, "I felt proud to see employees, exhausted from pressing tasks, enjoying cultural activities with their colleagues that they had not been able to do before. We will continue to operate various programs to boost employee morale and strive to create a workplace culture environment where everyone wants to work."

Meanwhile, Changwon City has been continuously operating various employee morale-boosting programs in connection with the labor union, starting with a family-attended baseball game viewing in October.
