The three major indices of the U.S. New York Stock Exchange all closed higher on the 22nd (local time), the day before the Thanksgiving holiday, remaining near the flat line.
On that day, the Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 0.53% from the previous session to close the trading. The S&P 500, focused on large-cap stocks, increased by 0.41%, and the tech-heavy Nasdaq index rose by 0.46%.
