Sajo Daerim announced on the 22nd that it has launched a premium sausage brand called 'House & Pub.'

The first products are traditional German-style sausages with a meat content of over 90%, highlighting the natural flavor of the meat. There are three types: Bratwurst, Chipotlewurst, and Weisswurst. All use domestically sourced pork, and even the casing, the outer skin of the sausage, is made from natural pork intestines to preserve the authentic meat flavor.


The Bratwurst is juicy with a crunchy texture and rich flavor. The Chipotlewurst features chipotle sauce, giving it a refreshingly spicy taste characteristic of jalape?os. The 'Weiss' in Weisswurst means 'white' in German, and this sausage offers a soft and aromatic flavor completed with basil leaves embedded throughout.


Bratwurst and Chipotlewurst are best cooked in a pan with oil or on a grill covered with a lid, resulting in a crispy exterior while maintaining a moist texture inside. Weisswurst is recommended to be cooked in boiling water over low heat for about 5 to 7 minutes, then peeled and served with salad or bread.


House & Pub is Sajo Daerim’s second premium meat processing brand following 'Camp & House.' A marketing representative from Sajo Daerim stated, "With the increase in home parties during the year-end and New Year holidays, this product will be highly versatile as a snack or appetizer."
