A woman in her 30s who wielded a weapon at actors in a musical actors' dressing room was apprehended by the police. Kyuhyun, a musical actor and former member of the popular idol group 'Super Junior,' was also injured.

The Gangseo Police Station in Seoul announced on the 20th that they have detained a woman in her 30s, identified as A, on charges of special intimidation and are currently investigating her. On the 19th, around 6:30 PM, A entered a musical performance actors' dressing room in Magok-dong, Gangseo-gu, Seoul, and allegedly wielded a weapon at the actors. Kyuhyun had stopped by the dressing room to greet his fellow actors and was harmed while trying to restrain A. Since the performance held that day involved a different cast from the same production, the police believe the attack was not specifically targeted at Kyuhyun.

A has no prior acquaintance with the actors. It was confirmed that she visited the dressing room after watching the performance that day. The police stated they could not disclose the details of the threats A made to the actors. A was placed under emergency hospitalization, and the police are investigating her history of mental illness and how she obtained the weapon. Meanwhile, a representative from Kyuhyun's agency, Antenna, said, "Kyuhyun sustained a minor abrasion on his finger and received immediate treatment at the scene."
