The Jeonbuk Gochang-gun Agricultural Technology Center recently announced on the 20th that it conducted training for about 50 young farmers in the region on the procedures for establishing agricultural corporations necessary for agricultural management and startups, as well as agricultural-related tax laws and accounting.
This training was conducted with a focus on various case studies to solve problems faced by young farmers in the field, providing them with an opportunity to learn about the most challenging and necessary aspects in response to changes in the agricultural environment.
Education on selecting the type of corporation according to the type of corporate establishment and the establishment procedures was also provided.
In the case of agricultural corporations, they can independently develop sales channels and diversify distribution channels according to quality, enabling high profits. For young farmers who are seriously preparing for agriculture by creating their own platforms for quality control and brand development, there are many advantages.
Also, with recent revisions to tax laws in the agricultural sector, participants were made aware of the changes such as tax benefits and how to apply them to agricultural management.
Hyun Haeng-yeol, director of the Gochang-gun Agricultural Technology Center, said, “I hope young farmers learn various management trainings necessary in the field and apply them to agriculture to contribute to management stability,” adding, “We will do our best to provide customized specialized education for young farmers and foster young farmers capable of coping with various issues.”
