[Sale Calendar] Fourth Week of November, 2,161 Units Nationwide Including 'Unjeong 3 Jeil Punggyeongchae'

In the fourth week of November, a total of 2,161 households nationwide will begin pre-sale.

According to Real Estate R114 on the 18th, a total of 2,161 households across 5 complexes nationwide will start pre-sale in the fourth week of November. Among them, 1,502 units are for general sale.

Major complexes conducting subscription include ‘Unjeong 3 Jeil Punggyeongchae’ in Dongpae-dong, Paju-si, Gyeonggi-do, ‘Munhyeon Prugio Tresiel’ in Munhyeon-dong, Nam-gu, Busan, and ‘We Park Andong Hoban’ in Ok-dong, Andong-si, Gyeongsangbuk-do.

Model houses are scheduled to open at 7 locations including ‘Mapo Prugio Urban Peace’ in Ahyeon-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul, ‘Wanggil Station Royal Park City Prugio’ in Wanggil-dong, Seo-gu, Incheon, and ‘Gangneung Moa Miraedo Ocean River’ in Gyeonso-dong, Gangneung-si, Gangwon-do.

Jeil Construction will pre-sell ‘Unjeong 3 Jeil Punggyeongchae’ at 415-13 Dongpae-dong, Paju-si, Gyeonggi-do. The complex consists of 4 buildings from basement level 2 to a maximum of 28 floors above ground, with a total of 383 households of 84㎡ exclusive area. Among these, 121 units will be available for the main subscription excluding 262 units already won in the preliminary subscription.

Located near the GTX-A line station (scheduled for 2024), it is possible to reach Seoul within 20 minutes, and vehicle access is convenient via Sapdari IC. A site for elementary, middle, and high schools is planned right in front of the complex, and libraries, parks, and large marts are also planned in the surrounding area.

Daewoo Construction plans to pre-sell ‘Wanggil Station Royal Park City Prugio’ at 133-3 Wanggil-dong, Seo-gu, Incheon. The complex consists of 15 buildings from basement level 2 to a maximum of 29 floors above ground, with a total of 1,500 households ranging from 59 to 99㎡ exclusive area.

The Geomdan 3 urban development project area where the complex is located is planned to be developed with the concept of a ‘Resort Special City’ with about 20,000 households. It is accessible via Wanggil Station and Geomdan Sageori Station on Incheon Subway Line 2, and the Geomdan and Yangchon ICs on the Seoul Metropolitan Area 2nd Ring Expressway allow easy travel throughout the metropolitan area. Schools such as Wanggil Elementary and Danbong Elementary are nearby, and it is expected to serve as a residential area supporting the adjacent Geomdan General Industrial Complex.
