All-in-One Infrastructure Logistics
Implemented at a Glance with Blocks
Woowa Brothers unveiled the 'Ucheong World Oxford Block,' an all-in-one infrastructure logistics system that allows users to see the entire flow at a glance.
Woowa Brothers (CEO Kim Byung-woo) announced on the 17th that they have distributed the Ucheong World Oxford Block, which vividly represents the logistics service of Baedal Minjok, to all employees. The Oxford Block 'Ucheong World' is a merchandise item that depicts Woowa Brothers' logistics flow from the base to the MFC (Micro Fulfillment Center), then to Baemin Connect, and finally to the customer, using blocks.
The base, which manages products in an optimized state, supplies goods to the MFCs located in various cities. The MFC receives supplies from the base, arranges them in optimized locations, and starts 'picking and packing' the products as soon as an order is placed. The picked and packed products are handed over to Baemin Connect riders for delivery to customers, a process that takes about 30 minutes.
The Ucheong World Block is designed to allow users to grasp this logistics flow at a glance. In particular, it can be assembled by hand following the manual listed in the same order as Woowa Brothers' logistics flow.
A Woowa Brothers representative said, "We created the Ucheong World Block because we believe it vividly expresses Woowa Brothers' logistics flow and serves as an enjoyable way to understand the overall business by assembling it ourselves."
