Lotte Members Receives Minister of Science and ICT Award at '2023 Korea IT Service Innovation Awards'

Contribution to Job Creation in All IT Sectors

On the 16th, Lotte Members announced that it received the Minister of Science and ICT Award in the Job Innovation category at the '2023 Korea IT Service Innovation Awards' held on the 15th.

The award ceremony took place during the '2023 Korean Service Society Autumn Academic Conference' held at the Korea Technology Center in Gangnam-gu, Seoul. Key representatives from award-winning companies, including Lotte Members, LG Electronics, Korea Water Resources Corporation, National IT Industry Promotion Agency, and LIG Nex1, attended the event.

Now in its sixth year, the Korea IT Service Innovation Awards recognize organizations and individuals who have successfully achieved technological and job innovation in the IT service sector.

Lotte Members stated that it was selected as an award-winning company this year in recognition of its contribution to job creation across all IT sectors by building 'L.Point,' the largest loyalty marketing platform in Korea with 42.6 million members (as of October 2023). Over the past three years, Lotte Members has continuously recruited IT personnel, accounting for more than 45% of the total hires annually, to advance the L.Point platform and services.
