This year, TIPA identified 37 tasks across four areas through autonomous discussions by each department: integrity education (31 cases), information disclosure (2 cases), system improvement (1 case), and other activities (3 cases). Major tasks include conducting integrity education for institutions and personnel involved in SME research and development (R&D) projects, disclosing recruitment status information to enhance transparency and reliability in hiring, operating an ethical management performance evaluation system, and securing transparency in subsidy support management to prevent corruption in various fields.

To implement these tasks, TIPA is focusing on activities to raise integrity awareness, such as integrity education for R&D planning staff, evaluation committee members, and internal employees. All 37 tasks are planned to be completed by the end of the year.

The Integrity Autonomous Practice Tasks refer to identifying issues in corruption-prone areas with participation from both department heads and members, and devising solutions to address them.

Kim Young-shin, President of TIPA, stated, “Through the company-wide promotion of the Integrity Autonomous Practice Tasks this year, we are strengthening self-monitoring in vulnerable areas and improving systems and environments where corruption could occur. We will continue to make our best efforts to proactively fulfill our social responsibilities as a public institution.”
