Deploying Professional Staff and Vehicles Near Subway Stations and Bus Stops Around Exam Sites to Support Examinee Transportation

SK Shieldus (CEO Hong Won-pyo) announced on the 16th that it conducted special escort support for examinees on the day of the '2024 College Scholastic Ability Test' to help them enter the exam venues quickly and safely.

SK Shieldus's 'Special Escort Support for Examinees' is a talent donation activity conducted annually since 2000 with voluntary participation from its members as part of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) management activities contributing to the local community. Professional personnel, including the security team with extensive escort experience and ADT Caps dispatch officers who are well acquainted with local traffic conditions, support examinees' transportation to exam sites early in the morning on the test day.

An SK Shieldus employee is preparing for the "Special Escort Support for Test Takers" on the morning of the 16th, the day of the 2024 College Scholastic Ability Test.

From 7 a.m. until the exam venue entry deadline at 8:10 a.m., SK Shieldus deployed security teams and dispatch officers along with escort vehicles and motorcycles at major points such as subway stations and bus stops near exam sites where examinee traffic is heavy. To prepare for emergencies and unexpected situations and to ensure examinees can move in a safe environment, emergency medical experts were also assigned to strengthen safety management.

SK Shieldus provided support activities to help examinees who feared being late for the exam due to traffic congestion or emergencies or who had difficulties moving, by using escort vehicles and motorcycles to ensure they arrived at the exam venues on time.

Jung Young-chul, Head of Operations at SK Shieldus, said, "SK Shieldus's escort support for the CSAT, which boasts a 24-year history this year, has now become a representative social contribution activity associated with the exam."
