On the 11th, Pepero gifts and handwritten letters delivered
"How could we have enjoyed the scenery without you all"
"There may be times when you feel so overwhelmed by abusive language or harsh words that you want to quit, but please remember one thing: thanks to the counselors, someone's life that could have been dark shines brightly."
A heartfelt gift delivered to the call center of 'Duribal,' a special transportation service for the disabled operated by Busan Facilities Corporation, has recently been revealed to have brought the call center to tears.

According to Busan Facilities Corporation on the 15th, around 2 p.m. on the 11th, a disabled person in a wheelchair visited the 'Duribal' call center. This man, who appeared to be in his late 20s, handed a large bag full of Pepero to an employee who had just stepped out of the call center, saying, "I prepared this to show my gratitude," and added, "I prepared enough considering the shift workers, so please enjoy it," before leaving.
The amount of Pepero was enough for all 19 call center employees to share.
However, what truly moved the employees was something else: four handwritten letters inside the bag.

The man who gave the gift introduced himself in the letter as "one of the frequent users of Duribal."
He also wrote, "There may be times when your heart feels worn out by abusive language or harsh words from users, and you may question whether you should continue working while enduring such words," and added, "At those times, please remember just one thing: thanks to the counselors, someone's life that could have been dark shines brightly. Please take great pride in that."
He expressed his gratitude, saying, "Without the Duribal drivers and counselors, how could we see, feel, and enjoy these beautiful and wonderful sceneries? How could we experience the joy within relationships that come from human connections? Many people live in dull, depressing, and difficult lives. Still, thanks to Duribal, we gain the strength to take even one more step forward in our hard lives."
He continued, "This world functions properly because of the hard work and sweat of many people doing their best in their respective roles, and we owe them a great debt. Sometimes, we live as if what we enjoy thanks to those people is something to be taken for granted. Even if it is late, I felt the desire to express my gratitude," explaining the reason for the gift.

When one employee read the letter aloud on behalf of the staff, the call center quickly became a sea of tears.
A representative from Busan Facilities Corporation said, "The Pepero was a surprise gift, but the heartfelt thank-you letters written by hand deeply moved the call center employees."
