Ulsan City Participates in Exhibition Hall at Korea Local Government Management Innovation Expo

Promotion of Investment Attraction and Job Creation, Introducing the Charm of the Fun City Ulsan

Ulsan City will participate in the '2023 Korea Local Government Management Innovation Expo' held at KINTEX in Goyang-si, Gyeonggi-do from the 16th to the 18th, operating the Ulsan City exhibition hall.

Ulsan City is participating in this expo under the theme "Dream City Ulsan, Enterprise City Ulsan," promoting the attraction of investment to create jobs and the charm of Ulsan as a fun city. This expo is jointly organized by the Ministry of the Interior and Safety and the Korea Daily.

The Ulsan exhibition hall includes projects such as the S-Oil Shahin project worth 9.258 trillion KRW, the establishment of a new Hyundai Motor electric vehicle factory with an investment of 2.3 trillion KRW, and the expansion investment project for a secondary battery material production plant.

It also showcases the status of special zones that will serve as bases for future corporate investment, including the national advanced strategic industry secondary battery special zone, urban convergence special zone, and economic free zone expansion, and promotes major policies such as the world's first hydrogen tram and the Ulsan Industrial Festival.

In addition, an event will be held for visitors featuring a fun city Ulsan photo zone and providing souvenirs such as whale bread.

Ulsan City plans to promote job creation through corporate investment attraction befitting the industrial capital Ulsan and to reveal the hidden charms of the fun city Ulsan.
