Mobile Sales System... Busan Bank, 'NEW-B' Renewal

Busan Bank is actively strengthening its customer-centric digital financial services.


BNK Busan Bank has renewed its external sales (ODS) system ‘Nubi (NEW-B)’, which enables financial consultations and banking services via tablet PC.


Nubi is a human digital financial system that provides one-on-one professional consultations and digital financial services not only at branches but also at locations preferred by customers.


With this renewal, Busan Bank supports enhanced customer-tailored services in real-time at consultation sites, including ▲asset portfolio design ▲household and corporate loan consultations ▲financial product subscriptions.


Even if tasks such as product subscriptions are not completed immediately during the consultation, they can be continued later through integration with branches and mobile banking.

Starting with the renewal of Nubi, Busan Bank plans to provide ultra-personalized customized financial services at the level of a single-person store by utilizing big data that collects and analyzes individual customers’ financial information.


Kim Jin-han, Head of Digital Finance Division at Busan Bank, said, “This renewal has enhanced the convenience of digital finance and the professionalism of financial consultations,” adding, “Busan Bank will continue to discover better financial services in line with digital transformation.”
