‘e-Pyeonhansesang Okcheon First One’ Construction Briefing Session Draws Attention

One of the major issues recently in the construction industry is poor construction quality. Due to related accidents continuing since last year, it is not difficult to find consumers worried about whether the apartments they live in or have purchased are safe.


Although inspections of apartment construction sites were conducted following last year's apartment collapse accident in Gwangju, this year the situation worsened with the rebar omission incident at Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH) apartments. Recently, a full investigation was carried out on a total of 427 flat slab structure complexes, including 139 complexes completed since 2017 and 288 complexes currently under construction. DL Construction, well known for its ‘ePyeonhan Sesang’ apartment brand, is introducing the ‘ePyeonhan Sesang’ brand apartment for the first time in Okcheon, Chungbuk, with ‘ePyeonhan Sesang Okcheon First One’ as the main project.

This progress briefing aims to alleviate the anxiety of contract holders who may feel uneasy due to recent social controversies over poor construction quality by explaining the current construction progress rate and the planned progress rates for upcoming periods.


Attending contract holders will be able to freely ask questions about not only the construction status but also various aspects of the apartment and receive explanations from construction and sales officials, allowing them to prepare for moving in with peace of mind. Additionally, a raffle and a Good Neighbor Making event will be held exclusively in December.


As DL Construction’s first supply in Okcheon, ‘ePyeonhan Sesang Okcheon First One’ offers diverse community facilities such as sports amenities including a fitness center, screen golf room, and indoor golf practice range, as well as a lounge caf? (small library) and indoor playground for children.
