On the 9th, the Seongnam Jungwon Police Station in Gyeonggi Province sent Jeon to the Suwon District Prosecutors' Office Seongnam Branch on charges of violating the Stalking Punishment Act, the Child Welfare Act (child abuse), and intimidation.

Jeon is accused of visiting Nam's mother's house in Jungwon-gu, Seongnam City, at 1:09 a.m. on the 27th of last month, knocking on the door and ringing the doorbell multiple times.

After being notified of the breakup by Nam and failing to reach her, Jeon went to Nam's mother's house, where Nam was staying, and committed the acts, according to the investigation.

The two had publicly announced on the 23rd of last month that they were planning to get married, but later suspicions arose regarding Jeon's gender change, a history of fraud convictions, and impersonation as a third-generation chaebol heir.

It was also revealed that Jeon committed another crime while in a relationship with Nam. On August 31st, Jeon is accused of hitting the buttocks of A, a middle school student and Nam's nephew, about ten times with the handle of a children's golf club.

Jeon is also accused of sending threatening messages such as "I will make sure you have no friends around you" and "I will send bodyguards to your school to take action" to A in April, allegedly because A asked Nam for pocket money. Jeon reportedly stated that it was for disciplinary purposes.

The police also sent Jeon's mother, B, to the prosecution. B is accused of violating the Stalking Punishment Act by repeatedly contacting Nam against her wishes, making about 20 phone calls and sending messages on the 30th of last month.

B said, "I contacted Nam because I felt sorry for my child (Jeon), who broke up with Nam, and wanted to reconnect the two."

Various fraud cases involving Jeon are being consolidated and handled by the Songpa Police Station in Seoul.

Jeon was arrested on the 3rd on charges of fraud under the Act on the Aggravated Punishment of Specific Economic Crimes for receiving money under the pretext of investment funds from people he met through lectures and other activities.

So far, the police have identified 20 victims of fraud, with the damage amounting to over 2.6 billion won.

Nam is suspected of conspiring or aiding Jeon's crimes and appeared at the police station on the 8th to undergo a confrontation investigation with Jeon.

Nam has expressed her grievances by posting a lengthy message titled "Jeon Cheong-jo's Lies" on social media.
