Recruitment Briefing Held Simultaneously
Kolon FnC announced that it will hold the first round of interviews, Recruiting Day, for the 2023 second half new and experienced employee open recruitment on the 9th and 10th at Common Ground in Seoul.
This open recruitment is the second recruitment independently conducted by Kolon FnC following last year. Last year's Recruiting Day attracted much attention with its unique interview method, where interviewers composed of practical staff conducted interviews in a cafe-concept space with a relaxed atmosphere. This year as well, interviews will be held at the complex cultural space Common Ground so that candidates can maximize their abilities in a light-hearted environment.
This interview was planned under the concept of 'A World Sincere About Fashion,' transcending gender and nationality to recruit diverse global talents who are genuinely passionate about fashion. Candidates selected for the first round of interviews through document screening and online aptitude tests can experience fun elements such as undergoing immigration inspection with a pre-produced concept passport to enter the world sincere about fashion.
Various spots at Common Ground were decorated as picnic spaces. The 'Eoljuka Lounge,' where immigration inspection and orientation take place; the 'Community Park,' a space for communication during tea time with first-year new employee seniors; and the 'Recruiting Waiting Cafe,' a waiting area where candidates can see encouraging messages from seniors, were prepared.
Candidates pass through each space and arrive at the Recruiting Cafe, a cafe-concept interview room. Here, they have casual interviews with 25 young practical leader interviewers based on the pre-submitted assignments. At the same time, a Kolon FnC recruitment briefing program is held at a booth on one side of Common Ground.
Jung Juhwa, PL of the Human Resources Planning Part at Kolon FnC, said, "By branding the recruitment method itself, we aim to secure promising, sensory, and creative talents," adding, "We will continue to challenge ourselves by introducing unique interviews and various recruitment methods in the future."
