Hoban Construction will open the model house for 'We Park Andong Hoban' in the Ok-dong area of Andong-si, Gyeongsangbuk-do on the 9th and begin full-scale sales.

We Park Andong Hoban will be developed with 9 buildings ranging from 3 basement floors to 27 above-ground floors, totaling 820 households with exclusive areas of 84 to 101㎡. The number of households by exclusive area is ▲84㎡A 310 households ▲84㎡B 107 households ▲101㎡ 403 households. All units are composed of medium to large sizes, which are highly preferred.


The sale price of We Park Andong Hoban is an average of 12.69 million KRW per 3.3㎡. The first deposit is a fixed amount of 10 million KRW, and the interim payment applies a deferred interest system (fixed interest rate). In particular, to reduce the financial burden on contract holders, 60% of the interim payment will be supported with a 4% fixed interest rate benefit.


The sales schedule starts with special supply on the 20th, followed by the first priority subscription on the 21st, and the second priority subscription on the 22nd. The announcement of winners will be on the 28th, and the contract period will be held for 4 days from December 11 to 14.


We Park Andong Hoban is the first private park special project apartment supplied in Andong, Gyeongbuk. Private park special project apartments develop most of the entire project site into urban parks for citizens and build multi-family housing on a portion of the site. This complex will have a walking trail directly connected to Sangnok Park.


We Park Andong Hoban is located in the Ok-dong living area, allowing residents to enjoy various living infrastructures. It is within walking distance to Bokju Elementary School and Yeongho Elementary School.


We Park Andong Hoban applies a south-facing complex layout and a 4-bay slab-type design. This complex is designed to be the tallest apartment in Andong city with up to 27 floors, offering an open view as a strong point. Additionally, various storage spaces such as dressing rooms, multipurpose rooms, and pantries are provided by type.


Community facilities include fitness centers, golf practice ranges, small libraries, reading rooms, and kids clubs. For the first time in Andong apartments, two 'SwimFit' screen swimming pools will be introduced. SwimFit refers to a space where underwater exercise can be enjoyed in an appropriate area by installing an application (app) system and screen system linked to artificial wave modules in individual tanks.


A daycare center and a 'Together Care Center' for elementary school student care will also be established within the complex.


A sales representative of We Park Andong Hoban stated, "This is a newly built apartment supplied in Ok-dong, Andong after 10 years, and it is a park-adjacent apartment embracing Sangnok Park," adding, "We have made efforts to prepare a high-quality product that meets the expectations of consumers who have been waiting."


The model house is planned to be built in the Songhyeon-dong area of Andong-si, Gyeongsangbuk-do, and the expected move-in date is January 2027.
