Busan City and the Busan Tourism Organization are launching the 'Busan, Eoksuro Jotda-gae!' page on the official Busan tourism website, 'Visit Busan (visitbusan.net),' on the 9th. This page features webtoons, games, and tourism information centered around the concept of traveling with pets, in step with the era of 10 million pet owners.

The newly released ‘Busan Eoksuro Jotda-gae!’ page was created to promote Busan as a city ideal for traveling with pets.

It is the first local government initiative to offer a package of serialized webtoons and games, while also providing a comprehensive view of pet-friendly accommodations, restaurants, cafes, and tourist attractions.

The 'Busan, Eoksuro Jotda-gae!' page launched this time offers ▲themed travel courses where pets are welcome ▲introductions to Busan’s Seven Beaches where dogs can enter ▲and carefully selected valuable tourist information tailored to travelers with dogs.

Themed travel courses such as ocean views, nightscapes, and culture introduce various tourist spots like Naru Park, Suyeongman Yacht Tour, Blueline Park Sky Capsule, Gamcheon Culture Village, and Songdo Marine Cable Car, all of which can be enjoyed with pets according to personal preferences. It also provides nearby tourist spots and travel tips that go well with the Seven Beaches, the setting of the webtoon.

Additionally, in collaboration with Pets Go Travel, a travel agency specializing in pet-friendly trips, and Petel, a platform dedicated to pet-friendly accommodations, the page offers various options for travelers with dogs and introduces useful pet etiquette information that pet owners should know.

Among the newly released content, the most eye-catching are the webtoon and game themed around dogs. The webtoon 'Together Chacha' (10 episodes) tells the engaging story of the protagonist transformed into a dog named Chacha, who visits the Seven Beaches to find seven lucky beads to break a curse. Alongside this, a game has been developed to promote Busan’s charm with new content that everyone will enjoy.

The ‘Together Chacha’ webtoon and game are set against the backdrop of Busan’s seven representative beaches, depicting the female protagonist and her dog Chacha solving missions in a cheerful and entertaining way.

Through the webtoon and game, users can enjoy Busan’s beautiful beach scenery and experience the appeal of traveling in Busan, offering new content that evokes interest and fun beyond traditional informational content.

The 'Busan, Eoksuro Jotda-gae!' page can be accessed on Visit Busan starting from the 9th. The 'Together Chacha' webtoon will have a new episode released every Thursday.

Furthermore, an open prize event linked to the webtoon and game will be held from November 9 to November 30 through Visit Busan.

Park Geun-rok, Director of the Tourism MICE Bureau, stated, “Recently, Busan has been recognized as a global tourist city, ranked as the 'Top 2 rapidly rising global travel destinations' by Trip.com, one of the world’s top three online travel agencies, ranked first in domestic summer vacation satisfaction, and selected as the best nighttime tourism city by domestic tourists.” He added, “We hope this content will greatly help pet owners enjoy Busan’s global tourism appeal together with their pets.” He also said, “We plan to continue to focus on discovering diverse and substantial content to promote Busan as a pet-friendly travel destination and attract more tourists.”
