Uljin-gun Operates Weekend Program 'The Dagagam Camp' with Parents

Uljin-gun, Gyeongbuk Province, operated a weekend program called ‘The Dagagam Youth Family Camp’ with parents at the Geumgangsong Ecorium for one night and two days from the 4th to the 5th.

Uljin County operated the weekend program "The Dagagam Youth Family Camp" with parents.

This program was designed to provide an opportunity to better understand adolescents by communicating with each other through various experiential activities for 40 families with children in grades 4 to 6 in the district.

The program included various activities such as a tour of the Geumgang Pine Theme Exhibition Hall, healthy yoga, making a perfume that suits me, making fresh cream cakes, and family team-building games, creating a joyful occasion for family harmony and memorable experiences.

One adolescent who participated in the camp said, “It was such a fun camp that I want to come again next time, and especially, making cakes and doing recreational activities made me feel closer to my parents, creating unforgettable memories.”

Son Byeong-bok, the county governor, said, “I hope this camp, where youth families communicate and rest together in the Geumgang Pine forest, became a time to strengthen family bonds even more,” and added, “We will continue to strive for a healthy family community where healing and communication take place.”
