The campaign involves taking photos of the gesture of waving both hands, meaning 'Bye,' or recording videos pledging to reduce plastic use along with the gesture, and sharing them.
Head Cho said, "To help spread the culture of practicing Bye Bye Plastic, employees will also reduce unnecessary plastic use," adding, "NH Nonghyup Bank Gyeongnam Headquarters will fulfill its role as a leading global ESG management bank practicing environmental and sustainable finance."
Head Cho nominated Cho Nam-gi, head of Korea Electric Power Corporation Gyeongnam Headquarters, as the next participant to continue the campaign.
